Vignette woodcut map on title-page (repeated on verso of D2), extra-illustrated with engraved folding frontispiece, folding map and 5 folding plates; eighteenth-century blind-tooled calf, rebacked preserving the original backstrip, preserved in a grey cloth slipcase and chemise.
