Notes
The plan shows the City wall enclosing a somewhat haphazard collection of buildings, fields around it and a double line of buildings linking to Westminster. A line of unidentifiable buildings is shown along the south bank of the Thames. The map was probably based upon that of Braun and Hogenberg, and appeared in 'Raccolta di le Piu Illustre et Famose Citta di Tuttl il Mondo' (1660); and 'Unviersus Terrarum Orbis Scriptorum Calamo Delinatus' (1713).
Scale: 1 1/4 inches to 1 statute mile.
