Letterpress title (verso blank) and 2pp. contents list, otherwise engraved throughout. 44 charts on 61 sheets (2 sheets folding with flaps, 42 folding, 11 double-page, 1 single page, four 1\/2 or 3\/4 page sheets tipped onto the verso of other maps).
